Be Prepared to Lose Your Deposit
Initial £324 deposit taken very quickly. Promised AML/ID links not received. Cancelled request within 24 hours after seeing poor reviews on Trustpilot and no progress with AML.
Accepted admin fee of £55 x 2 was due but then told that they would be keeping a further £132 for AML/ID checks that were never undertaken or received.
No reply to requests for evidence that any work had actually been done or any links had been sent out.
Disappointing experience but pleased that things have gone much more smoothly using local solicitors.

I spoke with Emily a few times regarding the quotes sent out to me, I was a bit sceptical about using an online service to begin with, however she explained the process in detail and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She even manged to give me an even more competitive price for conveyancing fees for the sale of my property than originally quoted. The whole process was very quick and easy with great service, would recommend to anyone.
