Very Good customer-service. I had realized that My design had a fault in the picture I sent, so I wrote to them to correct this although I had already sent an approval. They stopped the production and corrected it for me. It arrived safely after a few weeks. I’m very satisfied!

The response to our design input was exceptionally prompt, with changes implemented very quickly.

The post-purchase customer service has been exemplary. When a few lights on the LED sign stopped working, we sent them pictures, and they immediately began reproduction. A new sign is already on its way to us.

Our Logo is a little more difficult due to several color gradings, but it was great how the Neon Company solved it. We just hung it up and it looks stunning!

After I received a quotation, my Neon-sign was arrived within 2 weeks. The quality is to good to be true. I had an issue with the adapter, but this was fixed in a few days! Great service! I would tecommend The Neon Company!

Everything was perfect. Got a good price and even got a bigger one than ordered. They told me, that they couldnt produce it with 70cm length because of our font, so we got a even bigger one - for the same price.

If there would be 0 stars, I would take that. It is 9 month now and I still don´t have a correct Neon sign!!!! First sending was weeks to late, and came with the wrong colour. After claming it, it took them months to send me a new one (including super unproffesional communication and no answering, no answering, no answering. Then what I got, was a super cheaply made sign from China, no qualtity as marketed at all!! After claiming that in June and asking for a correct sign or my money back, I don´t have an answer and no new Neon sign!!!! This is the worst I ever got treated by a company!!! Never ever would I order again!!! And never ever would I pay in advance again!!!

My daughter bought a neon light on my phone I emailed the company to cancel the order and 15 minutes later I had a respond that it was cancelled.

An extremely bad and unprofessional experience.
We ordered a neon sign 1,5 months before our event, which were our main piece for our event.
The sign ended up in the wrong country and The Neon Company were extremely uncooperative and refused to find a solution in order for us to receive it on time.
We never received the the sign and in the end The Neon Company chose to cancel our order.

We do not recommend, as they were extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
