I went into both the Mansfield and Sutton branch, to try and sort out a very urgent issue, and both branches were extremely helpful and had great customer service. They sorted out the issue on the day and gave suggestions and went through all options available to me. I didn't get the name of the guy in the Mansfield branch, but Sarah in Sutton was really helpful and friendly. We even got a cuppa!

Before I retired I was customer service manager at RBS and obviously excellent service was my main priority When I opened my new account with my son your staff member, Claire? went above and beyond inexplaining everything . We were served by a member of the Branch in a private interview room, so our business could be discussed in private. The lady was most helpful and explained everything and every document presented. We also had the luxury of being able to park right outside the branch.

Called in at the Dereham branch to update mine and my husbands account books, my husband opened a new ISA from his matured ISA account, had my accounts updated then opened a new ISA using money from my savings account. The customer service we received was excellent, the lady talked us through all the ups and downs of those accounts, we were both very happy with the service we received
