Avoid this company, possible scam
Hidden charges which are not shown when you check out with Apple Pay, customer service advised I would receive a refund between 10-14 days. Today is the 15th day and still no money in bank. Patience has run out and now I need to contact the bank to complete a chargeback, so much hassle this close to Christmas. Avoid this company, heed the warnings of the other recent reviews.

I placed an order for a dining table set (table + 4 chairs) and paid via Clearpay as it was expensive and I had never ordered from this company before. Delivery was stated to be within 2 weeks, which was fine.
The day before delivery, I removed my old dining table and chairs and cleaned the carpets in preparation. On delivery day, four boxes arrived covered in a white/grey dusty or mould-like substance. Because of this, everything had to stay in the hallway to avoid ruining the carpets.
When unpacking the chairs, I realised they were not only the wrong colour but completely different chairs. I contacted customer service immediately (only available via email or WhatsApp). They said they would collect the chairs and deliver the correct ones the next day. Although frustrating, I accepted this.
I then unpacked the table and discovered damage to the base of it . I contacted them again and was told the table was out of stock and could only be replaced in January. I was asked to keep and use the damaged table in the meantime, which I reluctantly agreed to.
The following day, I was then told the correct chairs were actually out of stock entirely and could not be delivered at all. I continued messaging, but my messages were being read with no response. Eventually, they said they would collect the table and chairs and issue a full refund. Communication throughout was extremely poor. When I mentioned the lack of responses, they said they receive “hundreds of messages a day,” which was a major red flag for a small company. How many unhappy 100s of customers are contacting them each day about damaged products and asking for refunds.
I contacted Clearpay and provided screenshots of the conversations. Delivery was on Tuesday, and collection didn’t happen until Friday. I have Ring doorbell footage and WhatsApp confirmation proving the items were collected. I was told I would need to wait until Monday for a refund once the courier returned the items.
By Monday evening, I still hadn’t been contacted. I messaged again — my message was read, but ignored. It has now been over a week since delivery and 5 days since collection, and I am still without a refund.
I have updated Clearpay and will be sending them proof of collection so they can resolve this. This situation has left me without a dining table close to the holidays and without the refund needed to purchase another one.
Overall, extremely disappointing service, poor communication, incorrect items delivered, damaged goods, and delays with refunds. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering .

Received the Miami sofa set with fire pit. This set is definitely worth the price that we paid, it is beautiful. Delivery was on time and sales staff are really nice
Most horrible shopping experience ever!
First of all, the quality of the product is poor. Lamp tables is basically a tile sitting on top of a stand.
Second of all, they sent me a completely different product.
Third issue, they were going to charge me £40 per lamp tables to return and i purchased 2. Luckily they send me the wrong product otherwise I would’ve had the hassle to escalate this. Their return procedures are on the homepage and not on the product page itself so very misleading.
Last issue, on returns, they told me to drop it off at the nearest fedex store. I told all 6 parcels which weighed around 25 kilos and then the store declined because it was too heavy. Turns out you cannot return items at the stores if it’s over a certain weight!
Worse shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life!
