A really good operator we at NCN use, amazing vehicles and great staff always a good job when OMC is used.

So very disappointing!!!!!
A return trip to London for eight people costing just under £1000.00!
We booked a luxery vehicle to transport us and our wedding guests to The Shangri-La Hotel, The Shard, London, where we were due to be married that day. The driver failed to get us there by insisting the roads were closed. They absolutely were not!!!
I had to carry my wedding dress three blocks to the Shard!
The return trip (same driver) the next day was even worse! He failed to collect our luggage from the hotel prior to collecting us. Again saying be couldn't get there. We had to direct him!!
Customer service is terrible, I am still waiting to hear back, over a week later, as to how this is going to be compensated.
Do not use this unprofessional company for any special occasions or even if you want to get to your destination!

The driver was over an hour late for our pickup,
We were told it’s not “their practice” to check the flight times which we thought was odd.
Our flight came in 15 minutes early so expected to wait but ended up getting here over an hour after our flight was scheduled to come in.

Fantastic service - highly recommend - Mangot was first class with communications and our driver Imran was so professional and friendly - 16 seater minibus was amazing - everyone was impressed - will be using OMC Global again.

Organised a mid size bus from OMC for a trip to Cardiff, Wales for entertaining Clients - Imran the driver was exceptional throughout the day and would highly recommend this company for groups requiring high quality transportation. On time for pick up and waiting at the end of the day for return trip.

Amazing service. My son left his wallet on one of their coaches. They were so helpful about it and tracked it down in no time at all. Above and beyond service.

Booked for airport run group of 20. Pick up at 02.30am, coach never turned up. No contact whatsoever, had to order taxis, nearly missed our flight. Avoid

We travelled to Austria for a ski trip over feb half term. We had the pleasure of Jamie and Alex as our drivers for the week. I cannot say enough positive things about them and our coach. They were the most accommodating, friendly, welcoming drivers we could have wished for. Could not recommend them enough - thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable!! (Even all the bad jokes!!)

OMC Global are the most helpful and professional transport company we have ever used. They provided transport for my family of 17 people, including three small children and a wheelchair user for a complicated two day itinerary based out of Stanton Harcourt.
The drivers were polite and very helpful, always on time; the vehicles immaculately clean; and the administration was simple, efficient and accurate.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering booking transport in Oxfordshire.

I used this company for a family trip to an outside event.we received 5 star fantastic service.I received a complimentary phone call in the morning.The taxi arrived promptly and the driver very friendly.
On the return the taxi arrived early as requested as the event finished earlier than expected, however we had no signal but the driver waited for us by the exit.
Again we had a very friendly driver.
I would definitely use them again and will recommend to family and friends.

We used OMC Global for an away day to London. The coach arrived on time, and was clean and comfortable. Tudor, the driver, was wonderful, and very good humoured.

We used OMC to travel to Germany for five days to attend a family wedding with my elderly parents. The arrangements went very smoothly, the vehicle, an 8-seater Mercedes was clean and comfortable and the trip went really well - our driver was excellent : really helpful, patient and professional. The journey was long and tiring but we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. We would definitely recommend OMC to others, and would use again ourselves.

Following recent rail strikes, i contacted OMC for a last minute booking to take a group of young aspiring girl football players and their families to Wembley for the FA Cup final. Mangot could not have been more helpful with pricing and communication. Our driver Imran, was simply the best ! He was accommodating to our needs and requests and got us there and back again safely. Highly recommended and we will use OMC again !

Arrived before pick up time, helped with our suitcases. Very polite and helpful driver the mini bus was comfortable and clean.

We used OMC Global for our company Team Day Away and they were extremely professional!
Good and swift communication and able to accommodate any changes we've made to the itinerary without a problem.
We had 2 different drivers who were very nice and helpful and that were even able to make the last collection a bit earlier, at a very short notice.
Would 100% recommend anyone to use OMC.

There are two aspects to my review. I almost never leave reviews but I feel compelled to hear so others can benefit from it.

Firstly, the coaches themselves were in great condition, really plush, high end finish. They are why this isn’t a 1 star review (see bottom of review for the contradiction here).

Secondly, OMC as a company, is a total disaster. There were various points after I made the initial booking that I was concerned about it. On multiple occasions they sent me “summary bookings” outlining timings and capacity different to what I agreed with them further up the email chain. This was a red flag but each time I corrected them and they updated the incorrect confirmation.

The day before the wedding, they called me to tell me that they didn’t have the capacity. Apparently of the 4x 52 seater coaches I had booked for the end of the night, one had crashed the previous day, and one had failed its MOT two days earlier. Now this could be incredible bad luck. What I would expect from them is some effort to fix this.

Firstly, it only became apparent after significant probing from me, that they had another smaller bus in their roster. They then said it couldn’t be driven because the driver would be over his hours. Odd, but fine. It doesn’t explain why one of the two 52seater drivers who presumably should have been available after their coaches were unfit to drive, couldn’t, but fine. Secondly, this is a booking made almost a year in advance. The least OMC should do is attempt to find alternatives, perhaps subcontracting to other coach companies in the area. It took me to ask about this, to which they responded it would cost extra. As far as I’m concerned, that is a cost that OMC should bear, not me. Regardless, when I got them to agree to not charge me extra and to call around, it became pretty obvious even if they found capacity, they wouldn’t tell me about it as they obviously didn’t want to incur a cost - no surprise, no other companies had capacity. To add insult to injury, considering it’s the day before the wedding, they then said that they could offer me a refund. This is in the context of them having told me they were 100% sure no other coach companies had any spare buses. Totally ridiculous. I want to emphasise, this is the day before the wedding. This is like worst nightmare scenario, guests would be unable to get to the wedding.

On the day of the wedding, the first booking for the coaches was at 11:30 but I had made clear that, being a wedding, that time might need some window of grace in case guests were being tardy. They do weddings often apparently so I would expect this would be a given. At 11:30 they called me to tell me the bus was outside and they needed to leave soon (they threatened to leave by 11:45, guests or not, and they weren’t polite about it) because they had another booking. This stunned me. Who would double book a wedding with something else with a 15 minute window. Total insanity. What if traffic had been bad?!

I cannot express how poor a job they did in the final 24 hours. It caused immense stress in what was otherwise a totally stress free and happy day.

p.s. having re-written this down and remembered how totally insane it is, I reduced the rating to 1 star, contrary to the point earlier about buses quality. The job they did was so poor that it totally swamps the very nice buses.

Transport for wedding guests, to and from Oxford city centre. Very good experience overall. Customer communication is timely and the company responsive to requests. On the day everything went smoothly, a stress-free experience. I would use this company again.
