Amazing service! would recommend to anyone looking to travel in style!

Excellent service. Picked us up in London on time and took us back to Woodstock in comfortable and clean car

They have the nerve to send me an email today asking for a review on my experience with OMC !

I booked an executive minibus for a Big clients event at Silverstone last year. They sent a nice minibus with a driver wearing a short sleeve shirt, he had visable tattoos / piercings after requesting that drivers must be of a professional appearance, and have a knowledge of Silverstones layout. The driver returned most of the clients back to the hotel, unfortunately he also left 6 clients at the track who had to arrange their own taxi !!!

On the Second day we had a different driver who was shouting 'help !' out of the window for directions ... Clients were not happy. A third driver returned over an hour late than was instructed, because he couldn't get back into the track due to road closures. I arranged another vehicle to take clients back to hotel.

OMC have been totally unreasonable about my whole experience with them and refused to admit poor service or give any refund, totally unprofessional.

Avoid at any cost !

I have actively told people not to use or trust you. Terrible customer service from the advisor and director, of all people. Understood our booking incorrectly, despite numerous emails sent by myself confirming the details of my booking, and on the night and post event after discovering your mistake I was offered nothing in compensation. We Spent a huge amount of money with you and was offered nothing but distasteful language from the director, told I'd be left in a city and a ruined birthday. Good work!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication throughout booking and the text with the drivers details on the day was very reassuring. Our Driver was early on both pick ups, really friendly and professional. Very smart 16 seater mini bus was provided. Really good value and would definitely recommend and use again if needed. The whole group were really impressed. Thank you for making the experience so easy when using hire services can be so stressful for big groups of people.

Could not have asked for a better experience for my Hen Party Transport. I think the driver was a little surprised we were all still sober when he picked us up!
He was very professional and patient with the fact my Maid of Honour was running very late (typical Step daughter).
I would not hesitate to recommend the company onwards.

I have been asked to write a review TODAY june 2017 - my booking was actually June 2016. Probably a mistake asking mistake asking me to write a review. We had booked to go the airport - we had to change airports - it was a nightmare we lost all of our money and company was not flexible and took full payment - they also said they would take us to a different airport for about £170 extra. I accept that they may have been committed to paying a driver, but even the cost of the fuel would have been a good will gesture to return to us. I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommend either.

Very easy to book online, driver very good, excellent vehicle and cheapest price I could find.

Would have been nice to get a call when the driver was running a few minutes late and needing to pay by bank transfer felt a little strange (would prefer to pay by card) but no major issues.

I didn't book with OMC because their quote was a lot more expensive than equivalent Executive services and nobody at OMC was interested in explaining why or offering an alternative solution.

The driver simply did not know his route. There were several wrong turns taken off roundabouts and he blamed the sat-nav, on one occasion the roundabout was definitely clearly signposted for Bedford. On the return journey one of my colleagues sat in the front and helped guide him through Northampton traffic as he was unsure of what route to take and which sat-nav he should use! I would at least expect a professional driver to have looked at a map prior to setting off and having some idea of the route and not totally relying on sat-nav.

Couldn't ask for more. Customer service was brilliant. The drivers on both journeys were nice, friendly and bang on time. Thank you for a great service.

I booked OMC GLOBAL after finding them online I hadn't heard of them or used them before . We needed transport to be taken to Oxford Crematoriam never being quite sure how of how many where going . The driver was on time in a very smart mini bus took us there and back . Pleasant driver obviously not the happiest of events . Very respectful I would recommend OMC GLOBAL highly . They also emailed me with all the booking details . First class service .

I am an agent and booked OMC for some corporate clients travelling from New Zealand. I had extremely positive feedback from the client, who particularly praised their driver Kevin and said he was excellent! Thank you OMC!

Didn't book. Too expensive and they kept emailing and calling me. Only wanted a quote. Probably won't try again in the future as we're too pushy

So helpful, easy to book, everything arrived on time, very professional. Senior company executives being transported between Oxford and London. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again.

OMC provided a driver and minibus for a party of 8 for a 5 day trip starting in Holyhead, Wales, traveling to various Welsh and English ancestral villages, then unto Oxford, the Cotswolds , Portsmouth Historical Dockyard, Windsor Castle and ending in London. Vehicle was ideal for small villages and rural roads, driver was professional and very engaging, adding to the entire very positive experience. Would recommend OMC to anyone who is looking for a private minibus charter in Wales or England.

The driver got lost so badly on the way back that it took us an extra 2 hours to get home; he seemed completely reliant on his sat nav, which broke. Two of us missed pre existing social arrangements due to this.

We were not satisfied with the service.

Brilliant service. Arrived on time, drove us well and the driver was lovely. Couldn't have asked for more!
