I would like to express thanks for OMC Global for their service on my brother's wedding day.

When our wedding ceremony was longer than expected, they were flexible to stay longer.

Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

A huge thank you to the team at OMC Global. They were very accommodating with us over changes in our wedding plans enforced due to COVID restrictions. We finally went ahead on 1st May and were extremely pleased with the service; friendly, efficient staff, and pristine coach.
We would definitely use the company again for any coach bookings.

If anyone is put off by the bad reviews please check there profile they all from the same country and are fake reviews. some people are jealous that we doing better than others, we have replied to each of them asking to give booking reference because we can’t find there names on our system and none of them replied back.

We were extremely happy with service we received from Shuja and the team for our daughters wedding. Communication was good, the drivers were very accommodating and the cars pristine. All done according to government guidelines and COVID compliant Thank you for helping to make this memorable day even better!

Found OMC Ltd online made initial enquiry via a webchat I was happy with their price so started emails to confirm details of journey as had multiple pick up and drop off locations.
From start to finish their service was top notch from communications with the office to the excellent minibus and driver supplied on the day.
I cannot believe the negative feedback that has been left because on our experience OMC were top notch and I would 100% use them again.

the worst experience ever!! Finally after lockdown we arranged our wedding and thanks to this cowboy company we were late by 3 hours and they turned up not in a Mercedes but a Ford transit!! Thanks to them we have had to reschedule the wedding with the registrar!! Avoid!!

The best company I have ever used. Fully compliance with government guidelines and lovely service will use you again now. Free mask and hand sanitizer supplied to all our team on the bus.

We deal with many transport companies for our corporate clients in and around Oxford, but OMC has to be the worst, thanks to them not turning up on time, coming 3 hours late in ford transit as opposed to the Mercedes we booked and paid for we lost one of our largest clients. Beware, OMC is the worst!!! Will never use again and will make sure all other organisations around Oxfordshire know how rude and unprofessional you are!!!

What a service a++ excellent customer services from the Sales team lead by excellent manager Shuja to a very helpful and friendly driver make our journey more fun.

I booked this company when attending a family wedding to take us from our hotel to the church, then onto the reception after the service & finally from the reception back to the hotel. I double checked it was for the 3 journeys by email & on the phone.
The minibus turned up on time & we soon realised that the driver was going to the reception not the church but that was soon corrected. After the church service, no transport arrived & after being disconnected twice I finally got through. I was then told that I had only booked & paid for 2 journeys & they could send a vehicle but there would be a charge. After a discussion when I was asked to email them my confirmation (which I couldn't as I was in a churchyard with no internet) they suddenly agreed to do it at no cost. We had to wait almost an hour for the minibus which made us late for the reception & as we were the majority of the family for the bride it was very embarrassing. Thankfully the driver turned up to collect us at the agreed time from the reception.
I emailed the company through their 'contact us' page when I returned home but got no response, I then emailed the sales office but again no response. The only redeeming feature for this company was the polite & apologetic drivers.
If you ever use this company make sure you get every detail in writing but I would recommend that you look elsewhere first.

Excellent- I booked for my hen weekend and have also booked for my wedding guest. Drive kept me informed he would be late due to needed a tyre changed, if we needed to stop he did. I had lots of changed going on and the staff always helped and were quick to respond to my emails
