For the second year in a row, OMC provided our group transfers for 3 days in a row - with multiple trips back and forth each day. Booked OMC to conduct all transportation for an event taking place across Friday, Saturday in Sunday. In total around 12 trips, all with different requirements, destinations and nuances. Every single trip was bang on time, served by a professional driver, using excellent vehicles. Cannot recommend the company highly enough and will be using for all future corporate events.

I booked OMC for the guests invited to my wedding ceremony at Oxford registry office, so they could travel altogether to the wedding breakfast/reception to the VOCO Thames. There was a small issue on the day, but it was dealt with quickly , sympathetically and professionally. My guests commented how comfortable and clean the bus was. I would highly recommend.

I recently led a high school group doing a trip through England, and we used OMC Global while moving between London, Salisbury, Oxford, Burford, and Woodstock. We had a relatively complicated itinerary that involved multiple stops and being dropped off and picked up in different locations, but our drivers were punctual and arrived where we needed them to be. The vehicles were well air-conditioned, and there was on-board wifi provided (though it was a little spotty). Additionally, the drivers were aware of our groups particular needs and did what they could to accommodate us better and ensure that we had a great time.

Superb service! Easy booking and payment system. Great customer service with quick responses to queries. Very reasonably priced luxury coach with modern facilities! Our driver, Gazmen was prompt and extremely accommodating with the excited cricket players and supporters who needed several toilet stops! He was very friendly and everyone was full of praise for him. Highly recommended and would definitely use again!

Absolutely useless, booked to collect my family after a an event with a minibus but did not show up or communicate any delays. Tried to contact them with no luck, they then eventually called back after we had been forced to arrange 3 separate taxis at a substantial additional cost. The reasons they gave quite frankly sounded like the lame excuses a child would provide. Repeated attempts to contact them in the following days were either ignored emails or when they did answer the phone, the failed promises that the manager would contact us “when he was available” became tedious to say the least. Utterly non existent customer service skills and a real disappointment under the circumstances, especially for a supposedly “luxury” service?? If you need any semblance of reliability or reassurance & comfort of aftercare then I’d avoid them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! OMC was booked to take my family home from my wedding including my 7 year old daughter. Taxi was booked for 23:30 and no one showed up. Tried to contact company to ask what is happening, but no one picked up. Eventually someone called us back (after some time), apologized and promised a full refund plus any other costs we will endure while arranging the transport at such late hour. Still up to this day trying to get the money back from extra costs we endured as person who called us back that night is denying he promised the money for extra costs. Manager does not care, lying staff, worst customer service.

We have used OMC a couple of times now for various fun outings for large groups from our village - the coaches are great, really comfortable - the price is always very good and a great service all the way from the initial enquiry to the drivers on the day. Couldn't recommend them higher enough.

We needed some transport to cover various journeys for our daughter's wedding day. OMC Global provided a smart 8 seater vehicle which did the job brilliantly. We had the vehicle for 10 hours and our driver Sam was fantastic...very patient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process from the first contact to the service on the actual day was faultless. Highly recommended...thank you OMC Global!

OMC provided us with a mini bus for a client trip. The mini bus was amazing and the clients were really impressed. Driver was on time and they were a pleasure to deal with from the very start. Highly recommend.

OMC global made it very simple to get a quote and make a booking for a coach. Their driver, Gazmen was very kind and professional. He drove very safely and was punctual. We will definitely be returning to OMC when we need to book a coach in the future

Very friendly driver. Good driving and turned up on time for both journeys.
(Only thing was it was a tad pricey but we booked quite late so may have been why)

It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that does what they promise to do in the current climate. We had 3 separate collections from different sites over a 2-day period. All of the vehicles (22-seaters) were new and clean and the drivers were well-presented which added to the overall positive impression. We hired a 22 seater from OMC today to get our family and friends around Oxford to a wedding venue and a restaurant afterwards : doing so made our day stress free , no parking hassle, we felt special in the executive bus and full marks to our driver who adapted the schedule to fit our needs perfectly.

Highly recommend OMC our driver Imran was top class from start to finish, went above and beyond to ensure our day went as well as it could. Wont be looking anywhere else for any future travel plans. Thank you again.

I booked a mini bus to transport myself and my partner and a few guests to our wedding then onto the reception , the driver arrived in a beautiful mini coach with ribbons on the front and flowers on the dash , the driver was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful at drop off and collection , I highly recommend OMC they played a big part in our special day .
