Great prices, great packaging & fast delivery.

Very poor service and i purchased perfume they deliver empty box and almost half and months it’s not sorted out

Helpful staff managed me to get what I was after at a reasonable price compared to other outlets. Delivered for free as well.

I visited the Fort Shopping Centre today looking for a gift for a family member. I decided to visit The Perfume Shop, on entering I was greeted by Amerjeet who then went on to serve me. She was extremely helpful and showed me all the latest perfumes. I selected the La Vie Est Belle, and she definitely went the extra mile when gift wrapping my item. Her help was amazing and I will definitely visit there again. 5 stars for Amerjeet.

I was in the fort shopping centre shop what I wanted was not available in the shop but a lovely worker ordered it for me and it has arrived the next day, unfortunately I didn't get the girls name she was so helpful and lovely I've left my order no so you can hopefully see who she was shes a credit to the store thanks again

Exceptional experience from Satti this evening. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Her knowledge of the scents and matching it to the type of person is phenomenal. Went in to try and resolve a technical issue with my rewards card that was messed up by customer service, she sorted it out, and I ended up spending almost £200 on three different fragrances for Christmas gifts. Satti restored my love for the perfume shop after they messed me around. The Perfume Shop in the Fort Shopping Centre is my go to place!!! Thank you Satti. I hope you read this you so deserve it. We live in a world where we are more quick to make a complaint than to give someone their praise.

I visited the Birmingham Fort shop today with a budget in mind and was assisted by Teni. She was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products. She also let me test different perfumes, which really helped me find the perfect one. Thanks to her help, I came away extremely pleased with my purchase. Every store should have a Teni — she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free!

Staff at the fort site in Birmingham displayed excellent customer service skills, made the experience special, always get 5 star treatment at this particular store at fort shopping centre, that’s why we come to purchase our perfumes from this store again and again
