Came in maybe two weeks ago just for a wee browse and was helped by Ella who patiently waited as I went through sample after sample eventually landing on the one I get all the time but she was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face throughout the process.

My partner and I popped into the Buchanan Galleries branch in Glasgow on the 8th of July and couldn’t have been more impressed with the fantastic customer service given by Harley. He was friendly, immediately offered his help when we arrived and was so knowledgable about all the fragrances. It really felt like a personalised shopping experience. Now that my partner has his aftershave sorted, I’m already planning a return visit where Harley can hopefully help me to choose my next perfume. In short, he was a star - thank you Harley!

I ended up buying the wrong perfume for my partner sadly, but Diane at the Buchanan Galleries shop handled the return perfectly. She also had excellent insight when I had some follow up questions. She was very good at her job and should be commended.

Meanwhile the online purchase was very easy, straight forward and efficient.

Was fed up of rushing in and out of frargrance shops trying one or two here and there. I really wanted to find a perfume for my wife that she really loved. Well Erin in the perfume shop in buchanan galleries in Glasgow was absolutely fantastic letting my wife take her time to smell various scents and not preasuring us for a sale. In the end we got my wife 100ml Black opium over red and I got a Spicebomb bargain for my son...Fantastic customer service Erin well done.!!!
