Customer service, done brilliantly
On this occasion, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted and served by Diane; she was ever so warm, friendly and helpful in helping me decide on a fragrance. Her knowledge of scent profiles and saintly patience made both shopping the best deal of my signature favourite, and looking for a new fragrance to try, a delight. Her enthusiasm for helping really went a long way. I can’t recall an experience of shopping here that hasn’t left me feeling uplifted - thanks to the brilliant standard of customer service that she, and her fellow colleagues at this store, consistently give.
