Amazing service downstairs saved poor upstairs experience
Libby, Millie and Mel in the downstairs merry hill store were amazing. I did go upstairs first but was told the perfume I wanted was out of stock and I should look online. I tried the other store by chance and the girls were so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. Best customer service I’ve had in a while, super friendly and positive even on a very busy Saturday! Don’t usually get my perfume here but will 100% come back - thanks so much! ☺️
