We visited The Parfum Shop in Perth today and were so pleased with the super kind and professional service we received! 🥹 Chloe was incredibly helpful in finding a new perfume for me after I’d gotten a bit bored of my previous one.. 🤭 she instantly knew which scents I might like, and I ended up discovering my new favourite! Meanwhile, Naila kindly helped my husband set up a rewards card after we realised the one we had was actually from a different shop with a very similar logo and name 😅🫠

My husband also found the perfume he’d been looking for, so we both left very happy. Thank you, Chloe and Naila, for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back once we run out! 🤗✨

Perfume shop in Perth has always been a favourite of mine. You will not be stuck for choice when buying for a loved one. Debbie and her staff are second to none and are always happy to help.

Was served by a lovely lady,Naila today in perth branch,she was very helpful in helping me chose a gift and offered the gift wrapping service.was interested in who the gift was for and showed an eagerness to help get the correct gift i will certainly look out for this lady when next shopping in the branch.she made me feel like a special customer.

Naila was amazing, such great customer service when I wanted to try a certain perfume and also gave me some free samples to go away with. Would recommend the perfume shop and Naila to everyone. Chloe was also great!!

My self and my gran went in to the Perth store today and as soon as we stepped in Naila was so welcoming and lovely. Spoke to her about what we were looking for and she helped right away. She was so genuine and just lovely made my gran how is in her 70s feel amazing. When we go back over the Christmas period will definitely be looking out for Naila

We went in today to buy some Ghost perfume and served by Naila! What a star this was genuine customer service provided by someone which is lacking these days! Highly recommend.

Chloe served myself and my boyfriend and was very knowledgeable about different fragrances. She let us try out some and gave us different versions of my boyfriend’s favourite, her customer service was second to none! Friendly and very helpful. We had a great experience here- thank you chloe we will be back!

Great service by Abi and Chloe and nothing was too much trouble. They explained about the refillable atomiser and a great way to try out a new perfume. Loved my additional personal ribbon. Will return for xmas purchases
