Linda and Audra provide a lovely atmosphere and quick, informative service. Although we went in for our usual scents, Linda made recommendations and let us try some we usually wouldn’t. Will use up our products quicker just to return to the st Enoch team!

The sale girl was really helpful she helped me I got two perfumes and order two others perfumes to be delivered I didn’t know my phone number and she helped me get it she was really helpful and pleasant

Lovely, fast service. Audra was really helpful and was happy to help me with my Christmas shopping while also being friendly!

4th December, Manager Audrey was lovely, so helpful and knowledgeable we definitely need more people in retail like this lady nothing to much trouble and made me feel my custom was important. Thank you. I will definitely return and recommend

The young man serving me was really kind, helpful, made a real effort & was friendly & professional (whereas an older female member of staff didn't want to serve me as she was near finishing time, so I had to wait until he was finished serving another customer & was clearly harassed - thus the dropped 1 star (for her, not him). The young guy himself gets 5/5 - his names not on the receipt, so I won't name drop him in case I get it wrong!). Didn't have what I wanted in-store so he ordered it for me. Cannot rate Maria high enough she was so knowledgeable, picking out two perfumes for me to choose between for my wedding and others that I'd wear just day to day. All perfect. Not rushed but not pushy the perfect balance!

Fantastic service from Maria at the st Enoch centre branch . I had an issue with a purchase I bought for my husbands bday . This was a gift for my son . It turned out the argyle street store had sold me the wrong item . My son was very upset as we hadn’t realised it was the wrong item and he had saved up his pocket money .
Maria listened to my concerns and managed to refund the item and also managed to secure the new correct item at the other store for me to collect . Marie went above and beyond to help resolve the issue which is rare in retail these days . Thank you so much Maria

I visited St Enoch store Glasgow last week where i met Holly. She was an exceptional customer advisor who had great knowledge of scents! I was looking for the perfect perfume for my wedding and she spent a lot of time learning what i have previously worn and loved. She was so attentive that i decided to buy for my bridesmaids too. Great gift wrapping skills. If you are going in - ask for Holly as she will make this a great experience!

I originally went to the shop in buchanan galleries where i tried to use my gift card to buy a perfume, the young girl was unsure of how to out it thought so asked for help, through this the young girl was very apologetic. The other lady than then helped was not very helpful and was very dismissive and was just saying that the gift card must be out of date even though i had told her i knew it wasn’t,

Thankfully i then went to the store in St Enochs and was helped by Dianne. She was more than helpful ensured i found what i was looking for. I explained what happened and she told me that the shop in Buchanan Galleries was her shop and she knew who had served me and informed me that my gift card was infact not out of date and easily put it thought for me. I could not thank her enough, she was so helpful and sorted everything in less than 5 minutes.
I am so greatful for how polite, understanding and helpful Dianne was. She is very good at her job and deserves recognition for how polite and helpful she is.

I had a very good experience, the staff were very helpful and made me discover new parfum. They know how to keep you interested.
