I found the staff rude
Delivery to the shop was quick but when I went to collect it and had forgotten my id I found the staff rude. I actually at one point said cancel the order then. It was a 60 mile round trip to collect the perfume.Won’t shop The Perfume Shop in Union Square Aberdeen again. Your staff need training in how to treat your customers.

Excellent service, specific perfume required was not in stock in the shop, Skye went out of her way to track down the items which were fortunately available in another branch nearby. Skye arranged for the items to be put on hold for me until I could collect them, as they were the last two in town it saved me a lot of hassle. Friendly, efficient service, certainly encourages revisiting the shop.
