Yaqub, Fiona, Nazifa and Nabilah were very kind to me and my friend in the store approaching us as soon as we entered the store. Yaqub stayed with us for around 30-40 minutes helping us to find the best products to take back home to India and working to give me the best deal. i will be returning for Yaqub and the others as they have shown me the best service than any other store I have been to. I was clueless about perfumes. I felt like an expert and connoisseur in the end. Both Nazifa and Georgia provide excellent customer service and are friendly and welcoming. I tested many perfumes but they remained passionate. They worked out what I was after. Thanks alot. I'll be visiting again.

Super polite and kind, every worker was openly willing to help out and remind us of ways that we can save with getting more! Picked something out for my girlfriend and went to pay, whilst in queue I spotted a fragrance that I wanted a while ago, and a young worker named Yaqub went and found it silently and raised it in the air for me to see 😂! He let me smell it and showed me the discounted price, ended up buying that one too!
