Product didn’t work for my cocker spaniel.
Subscribed to receive this product for over 3 months. I gave this probiotic to my cocker spaniel daily hoping it would cut down on the itching and feet licking. It showed no change. Canceled my subscription and looking to try something else.

I've been trying to cancel my…
I've been trying to cancel my subscription with you guys for months I can't get into the website it won't let me verify my account you don't have a 1-800 number you don't have an open chat line You've made it very difficult to stop a subscription.
Update: pet lab Co has reached out to me and they did cancel my subscription and even though I hadn't requested such they refunded the last charge that they had put on there. So thank you to them. They still need to revamp their website and make it easier to activate your account and easier to contact customer service if you can't. However, I am satisfied in the outcome that they have gotten back to me.

my dogs like your product and will take…
my dogs like your product and will take as is without any other additional treat. My only problem is that I just can't get the delivery schedule right. Either I am getting my next month supply before half way through my order or else if I delay there is a gap in giving the chew to my dogs.

The two containers of dental powder…
The two containers of dental powder arrived on time and in good shape. I had skipped a shipment because I had two full containers when the shipment was scheduled. I ran out the day before this shipment arrived. Great timing! I’m a happy customer because of the service and my two dog’s teeth are white and plack free.
