Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

Love this product

Love this product. My dogs have stopped scratching almost completely. They love the taste too. Easy order and quick delivery. Highly recommend!

The person who delivered it fo the…

The person who delivered it fo the first time put the package at my back door I live on a very busy street and if it put on my front porch it could be stolen ! I prefer the USPS to deliver it because they always put my packages in the back !

I started using this product hoping it…

I started using this product hoping it would help with tear stains. I have tried so many others that were fails. After using it for about two months, I noticed his tear stains weren’t as red or extensive as they had been. At month three, I was cleaning his eyes as I do every morning and was delighted to see they were gone, not lighter, GONE! I couldn’t be happier!

MY DOG IS DEAD

I notified PetLab that my dog was DEAD and I have 2 shipments that I need to return. This is product is too expensive to keep getting. Again my dog is DEAD.

I want to cancel my subscription

I want to cancel my subscription. My dogs hate this. When I try to, it will not let me cancel. This is frustrating and concerning that your company is making it impossible to cancel!
