Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

I want to cancel my subscription

I want to cancel my subscription. My dogs hate this. When I try to, it will not let me cancel. This is frustrating and concerning that your company is making it impossible to cancel!

NO MORE ALLERGY SHOTS!

I used to pay $95 a month for allergy shots for my Corgi, who was experiencing itching, head shaking from ear itching, and paw licking. I started giving her Pet Lab Allergy and Immune chews about 3-4 months ago and it has all stopped completely. As a test to see if the chews were working, I delayed getting her monthly shot last month and discovered she has no more of the symptoms she once had. I give her one chew each evening after dinner and she loves them! I break one in half and ask her to shake a paw or some other trick just for fun. I highly recommend these chews!
