I have made multiple attempts to suspend/cancel my subscription because I have too much product. I’m still getting charged and receiving product I do not need. I’m extremely frustrated at this point. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for a subscription!

ProBright Advanced - Not Doing The Job
My pet is using ProBright Advanced and I received emails regarding an upsale to this product. I was under the impression that ProBright Advanced was already better than the original powder that I was using. I would like a product to do the job (remove tartar, provide healthy teeth/gums and whiter teeth) without having to supplement with additional product(s). We have been using this product for 1 1/2 years and does not give Zeus the bright and white teeth we expected.

I fell like the products I've been…
I fell like the products I've been using (Probiotic and Joint Care) have significantly effected my dogs. My oldest is 16, I've been giving her both for 3 years or so. She is still able to get up and down the stairs, outside, and run around as if she was 10 years younger. Their gut health is great. No eating grass, no throwing up and normal bowel movements. I feel like both products have been working great for my pups.

Works super well when giving suggested dose!
We had been giving my dog the wrong dose so we could try to stretch out the benefits longevity. I had seen my dog was still chewing her paws which lead to me assuming it wasn’t doing what it was supposed to. We took her off of it for about a month or two and shortly after stopping her probiotics, her allergies were so bad her paws would be bright red and she would constantly bite her feet even if it hurt. We started her on these probiotics relatively early so I believe we never got to see the full extent of her allergies until now. After resubscribing, within two weeks the redness has gotten so much better already. She is still occasionally biting her feet but I’m sure that will be gone in the 3 month range they promise. Only complaints are I wish they were a bit more affordable and their website isn’t that stable on mobile. Overall, they deliver super fast and work well.

Dental Journeyhave been using the dental powder on…
I have been using the dental powder on my 6 year old doxie. It kept him from having a dental cleaning for two years. He recently had a dental cleaning but did not have any teeth pulled. I'm still giving him the powder and I hope his teeth stay good.
