Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

I don't like the automated delivery

I don't like the automated delivery. It's too much too soon and it's hard to remember to delay the delivery for a month.

I have I’ve been trying six months or…

I have I’ve been trying six months or more for the cancel my subscription and it just keeps coming and coming. I’m ready to turn it over to my district attorney for fraud and theft of money.

Your delivery sucks

The delivery has been thrown into the yard and the dog ate the whole monthly sole. This is the 5 time. There are 2 containers to put deliveries. It's a dog item so obviously there is a dog. One time the pic of delivery has dog next to it. This cannot be healthy

Please use my package delivery bin for my next delivery.

The package was left on my front porch close to my steps. I have a package delivery bin clearly located 6" from where the package was dropped. If my package was dropped in that bin, I would've given it a 5-star rating.

My Stella Mae was suffering from a…

My Stella Mae was suffering from a yeast infection that caused her to itch all over her body and chew at her “Frito feet”. After all my attempts at trying to bathe and treat with suggested Google remedies to no avail I started doing some research and found that her yeast infection actually started in the gut and that I needed to treat her internally. I saw an Ad for Pet Lab and read about their products. I bought the Probiotic Supplement and was amazed by how effective it was after 2 weeks and got even better after a month. She loves the taste and looks forward to getting them twice a day. Thanks Pet Lab for creating something that could help my little Stella.

Delivery Package-Issue

We have a 1 acre property and we found the package out in our arena next to the street-pitched over the fence! It had been there for a least a few days or possibly a week. We found on Tuesday 4/15/26 by chance. It has never been delivered like that before-Very disappointed that it happened like that-especially since it had rained in our area

I’ve noticed a decrease in paw licking

I’ve noticed a decrease in my dogs paw licking. And the customer service is out of this world. Or at least the guy who helped me the other day is. So. Great product my dogs actually enjoy and will eat but also have great employees.

Can’t Cancel Subscription!

My dog will not eat his food when I add the dental powder to it. I have about 10 or 12 jars now and cannot stop being charged for another one each month. Please cancel my subscription! I called, but you still keep sending it.
