Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

Great customer service and fast resolution

I had an amazing experience with this company. They responded very quickly, first through an automated system and then with a real person who reached out to me by email.

They took care of everything, canceled my order, and refunded my money without any issues. Everything felt easy, clear, and very professional.

I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. It gave me peace of mind, and I would definitely recommend them.

I just happened to be leaving my house…

I just happened to be leaving my house when the delivery driver pulled up. He was very nice and polite. Handed me the package took a picture of me with the package and headed out.

I received a probiotic chew for my dog…

I received a probiotic chew for my dog an,d it was so hardthat I could not cut it with scissors. I called Petco and with no hesitation, you sent another bottle that was what I needed so my dog could chew it. I also received 3 bags of salmon bites for my inconvience with I did not expect. I would highly recommend Petco Lab to anyone who has a pet and lookiing for good quality meds and treats. Thank you for understanding and helping me resolve this issue. You have a customer for the life of my dog.

I love this product and the company.

I love this product and the company.
I want to cancel the subscription that is supposed to ship on the 27 of April. I don’t need 2 bottles every month for 1 small dog. Please help!

WhDelivery close but not perfect been better on the porch.

While it would have been better to have the pkg left on the porch by the mailbox, at least they threw it over the fence and it landed on the side walk not on the lawn or un the bushes... no dog was around....
