Sent 7 months of dental product

Sent 7 months of dental product. Do not order from this company. They drain your pocketbook by sending 8 months supply and you pay for it at same time. Thought this was a subscription, not a way to have you pay for all at same time

I currently have 6 jars of your product…

I currently have 6 jars of your product for one dog. I have tried to delay delivery several times and have not been able to. I have enough product to last to the end of the year and I am not happy about the extra expense from your oversight.

The chews that I get seem to be harder

My Doggie 's Favorite

Yes, the package sent to us arrived on time, delivered right outside my door, not in the mailbox. I preferred it that way so that I can see it right away once it arrives.

We like to suspend the monthly delivery of the probiotic from PetLab for 3 months. We still have more than enough stocks of the product as of now. I have only 1 dog. Although I give her 3 pieces a day, still we have extra stocks right now.

Since I’ve started my 12 1/2 year old…

Since I’ve started my 12 1/2 year old lab on the chewies for hip and joints. My dog is able to get up with ease, play again and really be spunkier than he’s been in a couple years.

Since they switched to the new Blue…

Since they switched to the new Blue container for the anal gland support powder, I have issues with the powder ending up all in the threads of the lid. It's very messy and wasting the product that is expensive. Also, the little scoop has been at the bottom of the container almost every time I get my order. It's very hard to get the scoop out without wasting the expensive product for my dog. I really wish they would switch back to the old white container. I never had these issues. Also, the last two containers I have received, the product has been full of hard clumps of the powder. This makes me wonder if there is moisture getting in somehow and also makes it difficult to get the correct dosage for my dog. Please switch back to the old white container. This blue one is messy and all around has not been a good experience.
