Our 2 Shih Tzus were happy and settled when we picked them up after a week at Pets Hotel. The staff were great and when we rang to check up on our puppies during their stay the staff knew our dogs and were happy to share what was happening with them. Clean, organised and friendly and great value for money. We have already booked in for another stay.

Our dogs were well looked after and came home happy and exhausted a win win for us.

Love this place. More importantly, our dog loves this place! Easy checkin (tho it would be nice if they stored your details so you could login once and after that merely put on the ned dates needed). Dropping larry off is a breeze. Very happy.

From start to finish, the Pets Hotel is exceptional. Staff are wonderful, dedicated animal lovers who welcome your pet with lots of cuddles. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The bonus with this inner city boarding facility is "Central Bark" - an indoor playroom for dogs full of great play equipment and lots of other dogs so there's lots of time for socialisation. You can even log into their live streaming and see Central Bark in action and your dog having the time of its life --- and not missing its owner!!

The team at The Pets Hotel are amazing. We've been taking our dog in for overnight stays and daycare since he was just a pup; and he loves it there. The team is super friendly, have gotten to know us and our dog - and do whatever they can to make the whole process simple and easy. I couldnt reccomend The Pets Hotel more highly.

Tried calling for 30 minutes no answer. When I got through they couldn’t answer question about basic info on the website

Convenient and usually available. Expensive but when we need a few days of care The Pet Hotel is perfect.

The staff are to a person genuine animal lovers, that’s all you need to know.

I was very concerned to leave my liltte Molly as she was only 3 and a half mths old.
She spent 2 nights at The Pets Hotel .
A little buddy was chosen to share her room and to sleep with, which I felt was very special.
The staff are absolutely fabulous and we will definitely come back when the need arises.

Absolutely amazing! We have taken our Rhodesian Ridgeback girl to the pets hotel twice a week for past year and half and she has always been in good hands. It's been a great way for our girl to socialise and burn some steam but more importantly we know she is safe while we are at work. On occasions getting bathed and nails clipped which the guys did a great job.

My dog Olly always comes home happy and smelling fresh after his visit to Pet Hotel! It's reassuring for me to know he's being looked after in a safe environment by a caring team of people when I'm away.

Our dog has attended the Pets Hotel on a weekly basis for approximately two years - also for longer stays at different intervals.
At all times the staff, the amenities and the pastoral care has been outstanding.
