Pet hell
Firstly the Pethotel said we did not have a booking, then they found the booking. Our pet was at the Pethotel for 2 weeks, he looked like a stray dog when we fetched him, lost about 5 kg. Will not recommend the Pethotel to anybody. None of our requirements were adhered to. Our dog also picked up a atomic virus while at the Hotel which required 2 vet visits afterwards. Very disappointing. We were only made aware of his condition 3 days before he was picked up from the kennels. Why was a vet not contacted if he was too stressed to eat?

Hi, I am very sorry for your experience and understand your frustration. Unfortunately due to no booking fee being supplied nor any paperwork submitted the booking was removed, however we did make another booking on the day. He did lose weight as he was fussy at the start of his stay with his own food you supplied, which you were made aware of in our communication via email with you. We followed your feeding instructions which was also mentioned to you. After changes were made, his weight increased. His weight dropped 900 grams as documented from his check in weight. He loved his walks and his play times with all of his new friends. All requests were adhered to. If you could get back to us regarding his medical issues so as to get to the bottom of this all. I will never use again
I will never use again. My dog did not come out of her room at all over 24hrs, even though I paid for extra playtime. My dog was very unhappy when I picked her up, not having ever been caged for such a long period. Terrible given they promise to treat your dog with care. While waiting to collect my dog was watching the staff member in the bark central and had watched via the online camera all day waiting to see my dog and I never saw any of the staff interact with the dogs. One staff member was on her phone the whole time. Will never be back.

Bud had an amazing stay we could see him on the webcam every now and again hanging out with the other dogs having fun. He was clean and fluffy on pick up. Staff all very friendly. Will certainly be back.

Happy Pup
This was our dog's first time away overnight. It was obvious he was well cared for. It was great to be able to see our dog enjoying Central Bark on the web cam, tail wagging and looking confident.

We left our 6 month old Labrador Milo…
We left our 6 month old Labrador Milo at the Pets Hotel for 6 days whilst we were on our holiday. He had lots of fun and didn't want to leave his new buddy when we came to pick him up! Overall he appeared very well looked after when we picked him up, if a bit on the skinny side from too much playing I presume :)
