Very pleased with my white musk car freshener. It seemed weak at first until i let the lid soak some perfume up (accidentally as it fell on the floor for 5 mins) and now the car smells just right.

CAN'T SMELL ANYTHING
Order made on 16/11/25 the product arrived on time. However after numerous emails to them no one has had the decency to respond back. I have had the car fragrance in my car for almost a week now and I can't smell anything. I have decided to go to trading standards to sort this out

The smell is not strong in the car
The smell is not strong in the car hard to smell it for the price I would expect more as you can purchase cheaper with a stronger smell so dissatisfied with the product

Not very good packaging
I would like to see more information printed on the box and bottle..How much is in the bottle, the different notes of the perfume, The Name of the fragrance in bigger letters,not just stuck on the bottom of the bottle..I was very disappointed with the over all looks of the packaging

The fragrance is absolutely awful .
The fragrance is absolutely awful .. it's like an air-freshner in a cheap motorway toilet..
I actually asked family,y & my neighbours to comment on the scent ..
Each & everyone described the perfume in a very unsavoury manner..
I'm extremely disappointed.. wasted my money ..

Lack of Customer Sevice
I purchased TF White Patchouli which was not that similar. I also bought 2 bottles and received one in the post with a note to say another one will be sent. Not received so have emailed twice with no response! Now going to credit card company to get a refund. Avoid!
