I ordered two dining room chairs but only one was delivered
I ordered two dining room chairs for my daughter's new house in London UK and she was pleased with them, so she requested two more. I ordered them, but only one was delivered. There had not been a prompt and effective response to her queries. As an update - the company did reach out to her and confirmed the error and organized a new delivery date. A very positive outcome!

Hi, this was a very unusual situation in that a box of 2 was sent and only one chair arrived. We had to raise a case with Parcelforce to check the weight of the box which took a couple of days and once they got back to us we agreed (yesterday) to send another chair out when she returns from holiday on the 18th.

Bali Headboard
I ordered the Bali headboard and was not disappointed. I’m so pleased with it and can’t wait to put it together with my new bed. Delivery from this company was very quick and item was well packaged.
