Fox is brilliant. Talked me through everything and explained what was causing problems and recommended what needed replacing, but was in no way pushy. I would highly recommend Fox to anyone, he gives a very personal service and clearly loves bikes himself so you know where you stand, and he won't just try to sell you something you don't need.

Had a couple of issues to resolve recently which as ever, Fox dealt with splendidly.
I'd tried to contact him whilst he was on holiday and in his absence has tried to get some help from a major service provider in Sutton. Will not be going there again having been totally ignored.

Needed a new inner tube for my son bike and the man was very helpful and help fit the inner tube as well and showed my son how to check and fit the inner tube.

Using Fox for bike repairs is a real experience because unlike all other mechanics he is happy, no wants you to stay and show you what he is doing and explains what may need adjusting or replacing. Lovely guy who is talented and passionate about biking, we particulary bonded as he has the same road bike as me which he was working on for me.
You may find the location unusual but once you overcome that it is well worth using Fox.

Hidden gem! I won't go anywhere else now I know about Red Fox. Wasn't sure what to expect, but the first 15/20 mins were spent assessing and explaining what needs to be done. I had to leave my sons bike as it needed extra attention but picked it up the same day. Liviu is very knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. The price was very reasonable and I paid on collection, after receiving videos and photos of exactly what work was being done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Red Fox to others.

Liviu is an excellent bike mechanic who knows the advanced techniques of repair. He very passionate about his work shares with me the intricate mechanism of the parts like brakes and gears and derailleurs. His knowledge extends to bike carriers and he good in advising what is right ✅️

Fox liviu is a complete legend....more help than anyone could ask for this guy knows his stuff would definitely recommend.. 💯
