Making an appointment was easy. The service is second to none. He repaired my puncture and sorted my brakes for me. He noticed other things needed doing and he always explains things in detail. He greased my chain at no extra cost, the little details go a long way. Highly recommend Red Fox District for any bicycle uses. Been to him before and will again.

Have used Fox a number of times over the last few months and have always been delighted with e outcome. Enthusiasm, care and knowledge/expertise all shine through and are matched by excellent value for money. If this sounds too good to be true, I can only suggest you try for yourself.

Exceptional level of service and unmatched will to find a way around obstacles. Fox helped research the correct parts for my 1x conversion, this couldn’t have been done seamlessly without his help. He fitted the parts and I’m thrilled with the results!

Highly recommend, he was very thorough and explained things in detail and possible outcomes before repairing my gears on my bike. He went above and beyond. When he saw something not right he dealt with it, even when it didn’t have anything to do with the gears and he showed me what he had spotted. I will go to him again without hesitation.

Wonderful experience. I booked an appointment with Fox last week and been there yesterday to fix my mountain bike. He really knows what he's doing, very knowledgeable and I received tons of information and tips on how to mantain the bike. High transparency, very affordable as well.
Definitely going back for regular check ups..the best in town and beyond.
