Very good value for money and reasonably simple to install. Pipe connectors and fittings need to be purchased to suit the installation. But following the badly translated instructions was straight forward and it all seems tobe working well on gas, mixed and electric.

I would have given 5 stars but no boiler connection for hot water and when I ordered one as it was an extra you sent an item that didn't fit correctly and you didn't sell the correct one.
I was lucky enough to find the correct fitment on eBay so now fully functional

Really pleased so far and a massive saving over OEM Truma labelled elements.

I’m sorry that my review is late, my engineer removed the Truma combi boiler and took it to his workshop, he said the elements were fine to fit, and compatible the only comment he made was that there were no seals etc. However he asked for more information of the products you produce, if you require his info please contact me, thank you, you saved me £200 compared with the thieving Truma who quoted £345, outrageous….thanks Steve Mills

I must say that I was a little concerned when I saw the very competitive price for the heating elements the Truma Combi Boiler in my touring caravan. I needn't have worried though. I telephoned, and the phone was answered in 2 rings by a very knowledgeable and helpful lady, who put my mind at rest. I ordered the said elements, and they arrived free postage, within 48 hours. The quality and neat manufacturing gave me extreme confidence as I set about fitting them into my boiler. All went well, and my boiler is now up and running correctly, and with a no quibble 1 year warranty on the elements too. I am more than happy to say thank you to Thermo Technica for your excellent product and customer service, and I would recommend this company to any prospective customers.

Ordered Truma heater elements they arrived within a few days of ordering, looked good tested and fitted okay, hopefully they will last longer than the originals.

I needed 2 elements for my Truma heater so I clicked 2 but was charched at single rate, so paid £24 to much. When I spoke to sales they didn't inform me I could have non genuine parts that would have saved Me £100.not happy.
