We ordered a custom made rug from The Rugs Warehouse and had excellent service right from the initial query through to the delivery of our lovely rug. Excellent, helpful, speedy and friendly communications throughout and a wonderful product. They even sent us a ready made rug so that we could check the colours were right for our room. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Amazing vendor with amazing product. Went to the warehouse and within minutes I was in love of the amazing quality rugs they had in various collection and style. Not only I received an amazing welcome with full explanation of various rugs and the make. I was meant to purchased an ethnic one but decided to go for a the galleria range “Roxen” Got delivered today and it make the room so luxurious and cosy. I will purchase again and again from them. Prompt delivery as well within two days of my order. If the world could run like this all the time !!!! 🤣
