I ordered the Aduma Nuit rug and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call saying my rug was out for delivery and that I would now get tracking info . The night before delivery I did get info and on the morning itself Alan the courier texted with a delivery window . The rug is absolutely beautiful thick and luxurious looking . I ordered a handmade rug from the Rugs Warehouse. All aspects of the transaction were clear and efficient, staff were helpful and the rug is absolutely beautiful. The colour is gorgeous and its very hard to get a totally plain, solid single coloured circular rug. Delivery all by arrangement on a suitable date and well worth waiting for.
