We are delighted with our new rug, supplied by The Rugs Warehouse. It is of excellent quality and the colours were as depicted. It was originally out of stock but we were notified when it became available once again. We ordered the rug, knowing that we were on holiday for several weeks and suggested a delivery date which suited us .. the rug arrived, securely wrapped, on the day we asked for. I highly recommend this firm and thankyou.

Absolutely top-notch professional service start to finish. My husband and I have been renovating our flat and dealing with a lot of suppliers, and we can honestly say Rugs Warehouse was more helpful and customer-oriented even compared to luxury retailers e.g. Liberty, or big brands like John Lewis. We ended up needing to return rugs twice because they didn't quite fit our style, and each time the service, timeliness and responsiveness were flawless despite us complicating things - and helped us find the perfect and top-quality rug! Variety of styles and rugs was also helpful - it was a one-stop shop.

I ordered a rug from The Rugs Warehouse on Saturday. The rug arrived yesterday so within three days and was exactly as ordered and what we wanted. The order was fulfilled promptly and efficiently and well packaged. The website was easy ton negotiate which made life much easier. Excellent service from The rugs Warehouse. When choosing to buy a new rug, I was disappointed to find my go to department store didn't stock the one I wanted. So, I spent time reviewing the web sites to find the one that did, which had the best feedback on service. So glad I did. I ordered the most beautiful rug on a bank holiday and it arrived 4 working days later. Just super!
The delivery driver even asked if I needed help getting the rug in the house!

The large rug has been down now for a couple of weeks
Situated in a room that’s used daily with heavy foot traffic
The rug has produced little or no frussings or pile loss onto the surrounding hard wood floor This was one of the most common complaints on other rug purchase reviews
Also as I mentioned before the rug laid down flat from day one and as remained that way

Great quality rug and timely delivery. I live in the outer Hebrides and it’s often hard to get larger items delivered but this was reasonably priced and swift. I’d shop here again.

I bought a large rug at a very good price as they were offering 10% off. Came with free delivery 5 days later. Good communication via email re delivery. Rug looks better in life than on the photo.
