Outstanding service and delivery. We ordered a Waiko Beige Rug, it looked just as described and phots were true to colours. Ordered Sunday and arrived Tuesday. Very efficient courier service and it was followed up by a customer service email to check it had arrived OK. Don’t get that very often these days. I would definitely order with this company again.

I've recently purchased a Persian rug to cover the living room and I must say once it arrived, I was immediately impressed. It just looks and feels great, even better than the images on the website. It's my first time with this particular retailer and the customer service I've had over the phone was also friendly and helpful in making my decision. Happy overall, would use retailer again!

this item took a long while to be delivered but it was coming from New Zealand & it was near the original estimate. the quality was first class.Very pleased.

I recently bought the Ankara Multi rug from The Rugs Warehouse. Excellent service, it arrived within 4 days of ordering. I am thrilled with it. It is so beautiful, good quality, with gorgeous muted colours, perfect for my Edwardian house. Expect to see pale silvery shades here and there, depending on the brush direction and light in the room.
I bought the large 9ft 10" x 7ft 10" size, so that it fits underneath my sofas, which makes the room feel larger. The corners sit flat and it is soft to the touch.

Outstanding service
I bought a lovely wool viscose rug and spilled some white wine on it. Despite my best efforts and number of cleaning products it wouldn't shift. So I contacted the Rug Warehouse for advice. Their response was outstanding. They contacted the manufacturer and others within a short time frame providing the name of a product that has removed the stain. Thanks so much

We looked online for a new quality wool rug that was stylish. We found the perfect one on The Rugs Warehouse website. We looked at the photo of the Burgos Ivory/grey rug, loved it and as always with online purchases, we crossed our fingers that it would be as good in real life. It arrived earlier than expected and all wrapped up in its own special bag. Once we’d unwrapped it, we were over the moon. The rug exceeded our expectations in quality and looks. It is gorgeous!
