How all businesses should be run!
Had ordered shoes that didn't fit and sent back with a quick refund with no problems, the 2nd ones I ordered didn't arrive in time for my event (due to Royal Mail) and also sent back with no hassle. Very fast responses to my enquiries and quick delivery. Thoroughly attentive company.

Regular repeat orders with a first class service.
Over the past few years, this is the company I always go to when ordering a certain make of slipper for my Mum. I normally buy a few at a time, so on occasions I have needed to contact the company to check stock/colours available. If I do leave a message, Kashif always phones me back. His customer service is truly amazing and the slippers always arrive promptly, well packaged and in first class condition. I really do 100% recommend Kashif and The Shoe Shack to anyone.

Excellent service and helpful communication by phone and email. It was also very good to be able to order different sizes, try them on, return the shoes not required with free return postage and get a prompt refund.
