A good experience
I contacted shoe shack and the advisor was most helpful. Unfortunately the shoes were not for me. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and the more important free returns label.
I hope to get another type of shoe from them soon.

New company that I thought I'd try as unable to get what I wanted on the high street . Shoes arrived well packaged in their original box ,other firms have not always done this prefering to just send the shoes in a brown paper bag ,not good .

The Shoe Shack is an easy firm to deal with; the website is straightforward and packed with shoes and boots, sandals and slippers such that anyone can find a style they like. All the shoes I have purchased have been comfortable and well made. The prices are good, and if speedy delivery is important, that is available to choose too - my latest delivery came within 18 hours!
