Mink oil rocks !

Mink oil rocks !! ...I have used the mink oil on literally on every leather i own , shoes/jackets/wallet .... makes it alive again !! ...
have loved all tips and tricks for cream shoe polish and am loving this new leather journey of mine

It took just slightly over a week for…

It took just slightly over a week for my shoes trees to arrive, which is fine since they were coming all the way from London. I am very pleased with the travel shoe trees. I tried them out in a pair of my new shoes, and they work fine, and I really like the lasted shape with a high instep. It took me a little while fiddling with them to figure out how to best use them, without inadvertently screwing them all the way apart. The trick is to leave them screwed in short at first, then use the hinge as you are putting them into your shoes. Then, once they are in, hinge down the heel and screw them open to adjust the length to your shoe as needed. They should put this little instructions in with the shoe trees ... !!!

a little wait and £8.50 postage

a little wait for the polish to be sent due to lack of stock but with no notice, and the £8.50 for tracking could not be disengaged, but i did get a 25% discount overall

Good product but poor packaging and virtually no customer service.

Recently treated myself to some Bees Wax Shoe Polsh along with another item from theshoesnob.com and, although the wax was really nice, the catch on the tin came off about one sixth into the wax. So I either jam the lid on so I can't now get it off, or leave it loose and risk the wax drying out. Now, this item was not cheap so I emailed the company to let them know of my plight. They didn't even bother to reply. I was not expecting a replacement - although it would have been nice (and would have kept my custom), but surely an email of some description would not have gone amiss. Most disappointed and annoyed. This is one customer who won't be going back.
