I had an issue , Conner could not have been more supportive and all turned out well for me .. all my own stupidity .
At least I know now what happens when a machine is incorrectly installed …

Not a way to get in contact with the shop. But got my washing machine-dryer delivered as promised.
Did not know is second hand or refurbished and got no instruction manual, that I found it online.
Still learning the programs and settings on the machine.
Happy with the purchase.

Fantastic, great communication, delivered exactly when they said they would! Appliance is in excellent condition even tho graded as C, would definitely use again without hesitation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The delivery guys wouldn't leave until the job was done right.they did an amazing job making sure nothing got damaged and they where so polite.
freezer looks amazing for ex showroom few dents but that's why it was a bargin all in all I'd buy from shop@home again 10/10

I haven't received my hisense condenser dryer. Delivery was delayed and it was due to be delivered yesterday. Item was not delivered and I haven't heard back from them although I've been sending several emails. If I don't hear back from them I'll be asking for a full refund. What a waste of time..

The men was very friendly and have dealt with a issue i had and came out and sorted it out

We ordered a Hisense fridge freezer from shop@home and there were some initial issues with damage in transit. They resolved the issue with a pristine new replacement and we are very satisfied with the end outcome. Snags happen in life but they sorted it out well.

I ordered a new fridge freezer on Saturday, it was delivered on the Monday.. amazing quick service... The two men who deliver the fridge freezer were kind and helpful.. they brought the item into the kitchen which made it much easier to deal with.. would definitely recommend this company...

This company is amazing. We bought an American fridge which got delivered on 6th March. The two guys who came to deliver it were very nice and friendly. Once the delivery guys left we realised that the fridge was a monster and too big to put in the kitchen. It was a shame really as it was an excellent fridge with all the bells and whistles. Consequently, I emailed the company twice to request a return. I then rang them and spoke with a wonderful guy called Connor who agreed to exchange it and refund the difference. Amazing experience.
In my humble opinion, we should support companies like these instead of established ones whose prices are much much higher.
BTW. I have no affiliation with this company and this is my genuine experience.

Absolutely amazing service from this appliance shop !I was given all the info on how to use and take care of my new appliances. All was delivered and carried into my house! Connected, explained and cleaning mode run on my washing machine:) my new French fridge freezer was well explained and all set up for me! I wish everyone was giving such a good service! Thanks Guys! I have ordered 3 different products from this business and can not fault the service at all! 10/10! They were speedy with their replies when I have messaged on their portal or emailed!
I had a slight problem, which was rectified almost immediately! I would highly recommend and have passed their website onto family and friends looking to purchase appliances from them!
Delivery was faster than expected too!

They did say there was or might be dents but i thought they would be small but its ok delivery was reasonable and the delivery team was very polite and friendly and helpful
