Ariat warranty not upheld - slow service - all very poor
Ariat warranty not upheld - returned a pair of Ariats because they were leaking (in damp grass - let alone rain!) Sport Lodge have taken from 6th May - 23rd May to test them and advise me that they don't, in fact leak. Not really clear why they think I'd have bothered sending them back but there it is. Trading standards next, especially since there are 15, 1 star reviews on the Ariat website itself, showing failed boots with the same damage from upper to sole, as the ones I returned.

If in doubt - try an official retailer who accepts returns.
Bought a bag for a trip to Colombia but found something more suitable prior to travel, I tried to return the item but they do not do refunds. While I have no issue with the Fjallraven item I do caution other shoppers - in in doubt, steer clear. There are other stores that will allow refunds if you have changed your mind or don't need the item. In future, I'll use one of the other outdoor stores in Manchester.
