Good laugh, brilliant stag do

Using the stag company is an absolute no brainer! Everything was super easy and my trip ran smoothly! A big reason for this was our guides, Bea & Attila! They were amazing! They went to extra mile to make sure our trip was everything we wanted and more, I can not thank them enough! 100% recommend using the stag company and in particular visiting Budapest and asking for these guys to be your tour guides!

Jamie was fantastic at helping me get costings and arrange the whole stag party - always quick to respond even when I kept changing ideas and numbers

The planner Sean was very helpful from the offset and nothing was too much trouble

We had the best bar crawl experience. It was professionally organised from start to finish. Our consultant, Sean did a brilliant job in organising this. A big thank you to our hosts as well, Mariely and Anna, who were very friendly and a joy to hangout with.

Stag Taxis make you feel relaxed and special. Sue arrived on time, was happy, chatty and helpful with our cases.
We arrived on time at Bournemouth Airport.

Really good company to go through. Good communication and very reasonably priced. We went to Krakow Activities were really good also. HOWEVER

If you are staying at the aparthotel Krakow ( or Hollywood hostel as it's named on Google) be incredibly careful. The owner will try and blame you for damages that are completely unforeseen. Not only that will take a security deposit and regardless of the outcome will keep it.
Says as much when the hotel seems to be re named every so often.
Stag company are helping us here get a resolution but I do hope they won't go back to that hotel.

Id definitely use stag company again though. The entire process was brilliant and they really did work and help us out with the stag and all queries it's just a real shame about the hotel.

firstly - all the activities we did were great - the day overall was worth it.

A bit of a sour turn when our time slot for the cricket (which clearly stated 90minutes on the itinerary) was stopped at the 60minute mark, and we were swiftly moved out. We were also let down with the comedy. We had initially requested the food option, and a mistake in booking caused this to be left out. It is a clear error on the site (if you select the comedy + food option, the first 'add to itinerary' button adds the no food option. The stag company accepted no fault or conceded anything on this.

It meant we all paid £36 for entry only, and everyone else enjoying a meal there paid the exact same £36 - which is why we felt quite short changed. Id book directly with the venue and save a lot next time.

Following on from the reply below regarding the sixes cricket.
The itinerary clearly states 30-90 minutes depending on group size. OURS is set at 90 minutes on our itinerary. (we were given only 60). It isn't a massive deal, just admit the mistake, particularly when you cite checking the small print and t's and c's and your doesn't add up.

Regarding the meal at Komedia.
This is a clear error in the UI of your website. When selecting the option with the meal, nowhere on the final itinerary does it say 'NO MEAL INCLUDED' - which leaves you thinking that it is.

Very little in the way of 'great value' here. Book direct.

Literally unreal experience!
As Best Man, the whole event of organising a stag do whilst having a busy high stress job makes things really difficult, Sean at The Stag Company took all of the responsibility for me.
I gave him a breakdown of roughly what we wanted to do and he planned our day out around that. From previous experience of booking venues and tables at clubs for more than 10 people is almost impossible in London now but Sean got our party of 24 guys with no problem.

Great work from the team and would absolutely look at using these guys again!

Amazing service from Jamie and the rest of the team at The Stag Co.!
I organised a stag abroad (Germany), and these guys really take the stress out of the whole thing by doing the legwork and contacting companies directly to book things.
The website is easy to navigate, there's good range of activities to choose from to book, if you have any questions/queries then they get back very quick.
I was kept updated for any little changes in the original plan, and they were really accommodating when I needed to amend things.
Really helpful and friendly team, and even the aftercare of checking everything went well.
10/10 experience with the team and would definitely recommend to others and to use again.

I had a great experience with the Stag Company for a trip to Dublin. Beth and Jamie were very helpful and communicative from initial planning stages through to the actual dates. Everything went smoothly and as per the itinerary, and they even sent travel information and gave some tips about the area when I asked.

When booking for large groups, it’s very stressful trying to nail down numbers. What I liked most about the stag company’s service is that you can make an initial booking for the maximum number of people that will come, then figure out the final number later down the line after you have thinned out the inevitable dropouts. They also have a payment portal that each attendee can access to pay off the initial deposit and balance, which takes the stress out of collecting money, and negates the need for the best man to front deposit money out of their own pocket.

All-in-all a great service, thank you Stag Company!

I've had a great experience through this company. They have helped me choose what activities and the timing for each one and the accommodation. Doing this myself directly through each website was stressful nonetheless but with the help of my event planner it has made it so easy. Within a 30mim call I was ready to book up. If I have to book another stag in the future, I will be looking here first👍

Great night with Little P, took us to some top places and got a feel for what the group enjoyed. Also shout to big P the trainee, he smashed it too. If you're going to Krakow and need a guide, Little P (Piotr) is your guy.

We had a guy piotr (Lil P) as our tour guide he was f**kin amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. He made everything fun & got involved with whatever we wanted. I don’t know how much he’s wages are but he needs a payrise for sure! Long live LIL P

We booked team sport karting in Newcastle last year, the organisers did very well to make sure we got a great experience as they explained a range of other activities we could also do whilst there. It was a very fun day out for a group of lads.

I booked a weekend in Krakow through The Stag Company, and the experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the communication was prompt, with responses every 30 minutes. However, after booking, replies started taking up to 72 hours. The event planner was also quite arrogant.

We booked the following:

1. Transfer from Airport to Hotel
When we arrived, the driver was nowhere to be seen. Instead, his friend was there with a sign bearing my name. He instructed us to wait in a corner for the driver, which left my group and me standing for 30 minutes holding the sign.

2. Paintball
We were taken to a remote location with inadequate facilities—no proper bathrooms, no water, just a tent. While the staff were friendly, the conditions were subpar.

3. Go-Karting
This was the one highlight of our trip. The facilities were good, and the location was nice. Overall, a pleasant experience.

4. Night Club Entry
We were taken to a night club at 10:30 PM, which turned out to be a tourist trap with exorbitant prices. Even in Copenhagen, we don't pay such high prices for drinks.

5. Accommodation
The rooms were supposed to accommodate four people but only had a double bed and a sofa bed. The location was convenient, but the rooms were too small for four people. Additionally, they provided only two single duvets, meaning we had to share.

Initially, we booked a package that included rafting, but it got canceled. Some members of my group had already paid for the rafting. We were told we would be refunded after the trip, but now they're claiming there's no refund due because we booked go-karting instead of rafting, which we paid for separately. I'm still dealing with this issue even after the trip.

I booked through The Stag Company thinking it would make planning the weekend easier. NEVER again. I will plan everything myself next time. The Stag Company takes no responsibility for anything anyways, so there is no need for a middle man.
