Fantastic online shopping experience. The only follow-up emails were in regards dispatch and shipping - no spam. The satchel I bought is butter soft and perfect for my needs. The antique brown is like the picture, as well. Love love love it! Saving up my coin for a future purchase.

I purchased foolscap file boxes. They were sent without wrapping of any kind, just a bit of strapping which actually bit into the boxes so badly it made more than half of them unusable. They arrived water damaged and dinged up all over the place. They did give me a partial refund, but only after I had made several complaints on their social media channels; they didn't respond to my emails to them until after I went public with my complaint. I wouldn't buy from them again.
