Bamboo toothbrush
I've had the bamboo sustainable tomorrow toothbrush for two years. It has a good selection of different vibrations to choose from. That's what I like about it. Instead of a circular action is has more of a stationary vibration,easy on the gums. Of course not to mention the composting of the toothbrush heads.

Replacement
With all of the craziness of holiday gift ordering, I accidentally ordered the Junior Toothbrush Head replacement 3 pack when I meant to order an adult size. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange the junior size for adult. They gave me clear instructions on how to return the junior size and then quickly got back to me with the correct product. They were beyond friendly, and helpful. I am very satisfied with the customer service as well as the toothbrush and toothbrush heads.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing from their website, quickly emailed. I was met with really quick cancelation and a promise of refund within 5-10 bus. days. Dangerous, Faulty, and Awful Product
This product has proven to be both faulty and dangerous. It emits an unpleasant and overpowering smell, and using it causes physical discomfort, including pain in my teeth and head.
I was specifically seeking a sustainable, healthy option to accommodate my sensitive needs. This product is unsuitable for me, and I am particularly concerned about the lack of information regarding potential sensory issues in its description.

Love Love Love these electric toothbrushes! I purchased two last year, one for myself and one for my husband, and they've been wonderful for our oral hygiene. A real game-changer. We do our best to live a more environmentally sustainable life making little shifts and adaptations. With these efforts we were using traditional-style bamboo toothbrushes, however, knowing the value of using electric toothbrushes for our overall dental health, It is so nice to enjoy electric while not compromising our sustainability values and efforts. This year, our adult children get them in their stockings :-). The folks at Sustainable Tomorrow have also been wonderful and very responsive to any questions I've had along the way. Thank You!!!!

I have used the Sustainable Tomorrow toothbrush since 2022 and absolutely love it. I also have their bamboo cutlery set which is great for picnics etc. I have also had great customer experiences with the team, providing excellent customer support and care.

Brilliant company and product

I’ve had this toothbrush for 2 years
I’ve had this toothbrush for 2 years now. I love it. It has been elemental in maintaining my dental health. I’ve run into a couple of problems in this time and both times the customer service has been outstanding. The first instance, all of the replacement heads I had kept coming off—not staying in place while I was brushing. They sent me a whole new set (4) of replacement heads and all of them have fit perfectly. More recently, my brush stopped working altogether. I tried charging it a few times. After asking for help, they encouraged me to try different charging adaptors and even different power outlets. It was changing the outlet that did the trick and now the brush is working perfectly again. I highly recommend Sustainable Tomorrow for quality products and customer service.

Unsure what happened in the past but today is a new day. Toothbrushes are built very solid, feel upscale, comes with multiple settings and features. Biggest take away is the sustainability of the product and development of the brush head. I wish there was an electric face scrubber cause I would be a customer for life. Will be buying more toothbrushes for family.

This is a scam and even more fraud
This is a scam and even more fraud. Don't buy anything from them! I have ordered an electric toothbrush, that they claimed it "dispatched" after not received any further updates on the estimated delivery, getting in touch with them first they ignored every email. Then, 3rd email got a response about a "stock shortage that's causing delay". However, they have already confirmed that they indeed dispatched the item. Since the tracking details are only displaying error messages. Thankfully the bank could call back the funds so I'm not impacted financially. Although, they've dared emailing me to ask "what is the reason the funds been re-called?"
Do not trust in this company!!!

No support or ability to return damaged or incorrect goods
Purchased a bamboo electric toothbrush from them and was very pleased with it.
Then I made a 2nd order of additional round head toothbrushes, a bamboo toothbrush holder and a bamboo iPhone holder and natural speaker. The toothbrushes don't fit the bamboo electric toothbrush I purchased from them. In the brush holder my extra brushes fall over and if wet drip everywhere since the holes go through the whole thing and the iphone holder barely holds the phone (afraid it will fall out and the sound it emits of iphone music is screechy and distorted. Sound much better just coming out of the iphone.
There's no place on the website about returns or what to do if you've a problem with their products. There's an email address. Wrote them and have heard nothing back from them.
Unless you're buying an electronic toothbrush that you're sure you want, don't go near this website.

I have started to use the toothbrush since July 2023 when a friend of mine recommended this product. At the beginning, I was a little bit skeptical being an user of the classical Oral B products, a product sold from the Internet, not my cup of tea. But, I tried it when the prices were cheaper (thanks for the coupon) and I must say, it's been quite the game-changer for me. As someone new to the experience of using sonic technology in dental care, I was pleasantly surprised by the results.
First, the cleanliness I've observed on my teeth has been remarkable. I've noticed a significant improvement in plaque removal and oral hygiene since incorporating this toothbrush into my routine.
Not only that, but I've also noticed my teeth looking noticeably whiter, which is an added bonus. Bonus, the longevity of the toothbrush is very good (almost 1 year already) Despite its powerful performance, I've found that it requires few charging, which is incredibly convenient. This not only saves time but also contributes to its sustainability, a feature that I appreciate immensely.Speaking of sustainability, although it wasn't my primary goal when purchasing the toothbrush, I'm impressed by its eco-friendly design and materials.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with the Sustainable Tomorrow toothbrush. I really like this product
I really like this product, I feel my teeth very clean after i brush and it’s like having a tooth and gum massage 🤪 I also feel that I won’t be using up the bristles of my brushes as much because it’s clearly more effective and at the same time softer… it’s a win win for me !! In truth I switched to bamboo brushes 15 years ago and the downside is the quality of the bristles that just don’t hold. After a month they were flat… with Sustanable Tomorrow electric tooth brush after a month I’m feeling the bristles are still strong and I’m very relieved. We don’t need to waste more even if it’s an ecological product 🙏✨💪. I’m actually starting to enjoy brushing my teeth because I’m really feeling that I’m deeply cleaning everywhere, cuz we all know, brushing everywhere and effectively is not that easy, their are always places harder to reach and we really have to work it 😂😅And the idea of not throwing out plastic really pleases me a lot… even if the base had to be made of plastic to last.
