Purchased an iPad for my son, the sales person was very informative and helped me pick the most suitable and affordable one. It even came with a 2 year warranty! Will definitely shop here for all of my electronics in the future.

I had a problem charging my Gen 5 IPad. Popped over to these guys expecting the worst. What a pleasant surprise! They fixed the problem there and then , we’re friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

I dropped in to Techout Barnstaple with a laptop problem- a few keys on the keyboard weren’t working. Carlie was unbelievably helpful and patient. Have a load of time for free. Amazing service. Will definitely go there again

Popped in yesterday with two iPhones, which were struggling to charge on the cable.
Not only did they resolve both issues, within 5 minutes, by cleaning out the charging points, no charge was made.
However, left a donation for coffee or cake.
Thank you so much.

Popped in tech out for a diagnostic test as I couldn't hear people on the phone other than if I put on loud speaker. The lad behind the counter offered to clean the speakers for me first. What an amazing job he's done I can finally hear my phone calls even maybe too loud now! I thought I needed a new phone! It was free of charge they have saved me a fortune! Highly recommend them!

Extremely helpful, fantastic service can’t recommend enough.

I took my laptop into the shop. The next morning they texted me to inform that the laptop had been examined and they had identified the problem. When I collected it I was told there was no charge as the solution was easily identified and rectified. I will definitely recommend them. Customer service excellent !

Excellent service! Had a problem with transferring to a new upgraded Samsung which had frustrated me over the weekend as I struggled to resolve it. Cheryl at Techout Braunton sorted it promptly and with a smile. Great service. Thank you so much.

Had a faulty screen (OK, I dropped my laptop) and half the screen damaged. Took to another well known national chain store and after 10 days still hadn't sent it off for repair. Got it back from said national chain store and took to Techout. Took in on a Friday, they had to order the part but was done and and collected 6 days later (part delivery took at least 4 days!). Professional service and highly recommended.

Bought an item through eBay, part of it was faulty, so asked for a replacement, one was sent, it was snapped in half upon arrival, asked for another, they stopped responding, then once I made a report through eBay, they responded once, then stopped again. Still awaiting a reply. They dragged out the process so long that I can no longer request a refund. Horrendous, do not use

You are definitely in safe hands at techout Braunton. Excellent customer service. I bought an iPhone XR from them a couple of months ago after my old phone broke. Before I left the shop they had set it up and transferred all my data. Very pleased

Went above and beyond when our son dropped his phone and broke the screen on the first day of our holiday. Very helpful on the phone, parts ordered as promised and fitted . We were able to collect at 8am and kept updated .Amazing service, thank you , highly recommend

Popped in the Braunton shop for some help and advice. Very professional and expert advice, aslo carried out a small repair whilst I waited. Would highly recommend. First class service.

Very helpful both via social media and in the shop, got my phone fixed and in very good time so I didn't lose everything! Was a pricey repair but that's just what it is, nothing bad on the company! Very appreciative of all their help

If you are of a certain age and technologically challenged, like me, then I would recommend you go to Techout in Barnstaple for help. You will be treated with courtesy and patience, and you will not be made to feel a fool. The young man put right all the things I had messed up and did it with such good humour. The service and the staff are brilliant!
