Popped in yesterday (sunday) just before closing tine 5 nins till closing to ask if they could fix a tec problem or would samsung have to do it the assistant called Craig said let's have a look now he sorted it there free of charge in his own time so if u read this Craig thank u I will definitely be going back if need a tec problem sorted or new phone great customer service

I was unable to get my laptop to connect to the internet, and its built-in troubleshooter tool could not resolve the problem. I took the laptop to Techout fearing an expensive bill for parts and repair. Instead, a very helpful Techout representative spent a few moments of his time resetting the settings and, hey presto, it was working again. For this brilliant service Techout charged precisely nothing. What wonderful service. What a wonderful way of dealing with people.

So patient with a non -tech person so helpful and sorted me out with just the right tablet for me

Posted a bad review but I feel they deserve a better one after I complained. Phone was in good condition without scratches or dents. They revalued my phone, due to battery health and scratches. I called them to tell them I disagreed and sent them photos and they agreed to a new valuation. Not the value was I was expecting but better than the first revaluation. We got there!

The guys at Techout were really helpful and extremely efficient with no hidden costs or any costs if no work needed. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service. Problem with a battery which was covered without question under warranty. Even fitted a temporary replacement to keep me going until a new replacement arrived. Friendly and helpful from the outset and super efficient. If Carlsberg did customer service…. Thank you folks.

In advancing years and finding it hard to keep up with developments in mobile technology we have found The Techout an oasis of competence, professional and friendly advice, supply and practical assistance. We cannot recommend their services too highly.

Had to buy a phone for my 78yr Dad, they picked a great used phone for him, transfered all the data and accounts from a stone age phone that he'd never backed up and lost the password. It all went smooth as silk. AMAZING!

Great, friendly and super fast service.

Excellent fast repair service recently for both my desktop Mac and my IPhone. My only criticism is that nobody greets you when you walk through the door. A friendly Hello would be good even if busy with another customer. Otherwise all perfect. Reasonably priced too.

I bought a reconditioned iPad for my son and the guys were so helpful. I needed some help with a switch that wasn’t working and they were more than happy to take a look and sorted it no problem so grateful Thankyou x

My I phone went completely blank and I was unable to use it, I took it into the tech out, I was seen straight away by a very knowledgable and helpful member of staff who sorted it out straight away.

Excellent service, had my phone smashed at 10pm and was all fixed by 2pm the next day, staff are efficient and helpful :)

Outstanding service, my MacBook screen and touch bar just stopped working and the guys fixed it within 24hours and that included having to order the parts in. Fast reliable service, a company who genuinely care about the outcome for their customers

Lock out of face book and other thing's unable to work it out the lovely lad in tecout worked on it for nearly an hour he nearly gave up but he had an idea and it worked I can't thank him enough his advice to me was don't play with the phone settings thank you thank you thank you
