Staff were very helpful very polite. When I needed to make changes staff were very helpful. The only point moving forward is that there was little to no petrol in the car it was raining and needed to go straight to a petrol station as it was on orange

Had a great experienced sales person show me around the cars, Stephanie. I never felt pressured At any point during my visit. When I decided on a car the process was quick and simple and on collection they even sent off the log book and sorted out the tax, had an amazing deal on the car and am more than happy with my experience, well done trade centre Merthyr, I will definitely be visiting again

We came looking for my first car and the staff were very helpful and not too overpowering like other car sales showrooms. The manager understood that we had a budget and was very flexible in getting us a good deal. They also agreed to hold the car for us until close to my birthday which was very helpful to us. Since then we have returned twice to sort out documents and pay in full. On the day of collection it was evident that the battery on the car was low, but instead of letting us drive off and pay for a new on ourselves they replaced it, which was very kind of them. On a whole our experience at TCW part exchange outlet has been very professional yet friendly and they helped us to get my perfect first car. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience or customer service!

Really helpful staff I explained I have mobility issues and they helped me find a car I drive with those issues they new I had a budget and even though the car was slightly out of that budget they dropped the price to what I could afford and put a brand new mot all in all a straight forward process I put a deposit down on a Saturday and collected on the Monday car was ready filled a few forms done tax ect all done no problems staff were really helpful

We recently purchased a used car at Trade Centre Wales (Merthyr Tydfil). We went there not with the intent of buying the first car that we saw. But Connor, the Salesman, which we highly praise, was very good and he went out of his way to please us. He couldn’t do enough for us.
