A positive experience
Shrub was in excellent condition with a well developed root system. Ordering process was straightforward and delivery was accomplished in a reasonable time frame. Worryingly, the cardboard box was collapsing due to excess moisture from the pot but the plant was unharmed. Would order from them again.

Good condition and timely arrival
The acer arrived in good time, packaged well and in good condition, in plenty of damp earth. It is now potted on. It is still a youngish plant but sturdy enough to go into its (current) permanent position. Very pleased with the plant and the service.
