Tree Garden:5 Stars, APC Overnight: 0 Stars
Through no fault of The Tree Garden, the plant I ordered never arrived; my emails were answered almost immediately,and Sue did her best to chase 'APC Overnight' up. Despite this, the couriers failed to deliver it, and ,after 3 days of waiting in , I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund.I received a full and prompt refund. I'm not sure I would use them again, unless a different carrier is used

The tree I ordered came very quickly…
The tree I ordered came very quickly and was very well packaged. It was a weeping willow which has plenty of buds on so looks healthy my only disappointment is that its one thin stick.
I'll have to see how it grows.

Good healthy plant. Excellent delivery by courier company - good advance notice of delivery plus local contact details in case change of date necessary. So different from many of our experiences with DPD, DHL and others.

Arrived on time, great product, price and service. Would use again and recommend. The only problem was with APC the courier. Who messaged to say they were coming one day but didnt arrive until the next, and even then the scheduled time they have for delivery was wrong. I was tracking my parcel as I was waiting to go out and you could see the live tracking then it went off and my parcel didn't arrive within the timescale given. The driver didn't speak English and wasn't very friendly.
