Placed order and then changed mind. Rang up and nothing was too much trouble. Product was changed and quickly arrived. The photo online does not do the trophy justice. Fantastic product at a great price.

Dreadful - had to wait over a week for delivery.

Despite being the end of the Football season The Trophy Store fulfilled my order an delivered it safely in a short timeframe.

After a mishap with my 6 year olds 'player of the week' trophy I desperately needed a replacement to give back to the coach at the next training session. I found the same one on the website but struggled uploading the team badge image when placing the order on my phone and wasn't sure I'd get what i needed. Called the next morning and the staff member sorted it out over the phone quickly without any fuss putting my mind at ease with the correct engraving which I also hadn't uploaded. Arrived a week later and looks identical. Very grateful for the service.

I ordered the engraved trophy cup online - easy process. I was kept up to date on progress and it arrived on time for our special event. It looks great, it's heavier than I expected and high quality, so it does feel very special.
