Fantastic service from first phone call right through to collecting the trophies! I had a last minute requirement for a company event, Adam pulled out all stops to help with choosing, design etc. and the quality of products is spot on, highly recommend using.

Edit: I accidentally ordered the 'Antique' version of the medals, which were supposed to look more murky and dated than the shinier versions. The Trophy Store contacted me promptly and arranged switching them for the non antique versions. I would still say that there is some variance in quality, though I am satisfied enough with the results. Would maybe be nice to have a bit more of a description on their product pages so it's clear exactly what the 'Antique' medals are.

There was a huge range in the quality of these medals. A couple came out good but many of them are very murky. Some of the silver medals look like they're completely black. Quick dispatch and delivery but that's about all the good I have to say about them.

The trophy looks fabulous and arrived on time. I look forward to presenting it at our International Harry Potter Night Grand House Quiz.

We ordered some trophies online and the lovely gentlemen phoned us up to let us know that he didnt curently have some of the trophies in the siz we wanted in stock but he had them in a smaller size and offered that. we accepted and he gave us back some money so the payment for that size trophy was correct. We called back a couple of days later to see when we could pick the trophies up he gave us an option of two days and times that he would definetly be there.

As usual perfect trophy and produced quickly and sent out quickly. Well done !!

Fantastic product and we'll packaged but delivery time is slow. We had a plain trophy no engraving or pattern and it still took a week.

Ordered a trophy with a plaque, I made an error on the date, which the team picked up on and notified me immediately! Trophy is brilliant. Very impressed with the service and the team Thank you all.

The choice of medals was excellent. They arrived very quickly and the quality far exceeds the price paid. I bought the medals as a fun gift for friends in lock down. I will be extending this gift to more friends based on my experience with this company. I also appreciated the gift of a bag of haribo included in my package.
