All the staff in the branch are helpful and on Wednesday I was served by Alexander who I hadn't met before so wanted to mention him in a review as he was especially friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and patient with the questions i asked about the various products and how economical it is to use them.

Great company with fab customer service
I've used Vape Escape both online and in the Nailsea store and have had nothing but really positive experiences! The 2 guys who work in Nailsea are knowledgeable, friendly and are willing to chat about different flavours or brands if they have the time. I've spoken with James via email at what was a very stressful time and he was courteous, professional and on the ball with getting my order to me, along with some complimentary gifts which I don't get very often at all!
As it's Christmas and I received my order from them within a day and again with some complimentary juices due to an OOS item, I just wanted to say a big thank you as it's nice to shop somewhere with genuine customer service :)

Extremely overpriced
Extremely overpriced. You can get better products much cheaper. Poor quality products. I bought tobacco flavoured vape liquid which tasted nothing like tobacco...very sweet with a menthol after taste. Disgusting. I sent them an email to complain but they didn't reply. Very pushy shop assistant insisting I needed to buy 3 bottles instead of the 1 I wanted. Go somewhere else.

Thanks for your feedback.
To clarify: the product you purchased – Elfliq Snow Tobacco – is made by Elf Bar and is described by the manufacturer as a sweet tobacco flavour with a cooling finish. We don’t alter the flavours or their descriptions — you specifically asked for a salt tobacco, and this was the only one available at the time. You also made it clear you didn’t want our more traditional tobacco range (Dragon-10).
We offered to swap the two unopened bottles for an alternative, which you declined.
We did receive your email on 5th August and are still working through messages from that date. You will receive a response shortly, but leaving a public review claiming we “didn’t reply” isn’t accurate or fair.
As for the claim of being “pushy,” our staff simply pointed out the 3-for-£12 multibuy deal, which many customers choose to take advantage of. There was no obligation to buy three.
We’re always happy to resolve issues fairly, but in this case, your review doesn’t reflect what actually happened.
