So whenever you visit any store, including one, maybe that's local to the area. Small businesses, you always. Make a point to check Trustpilot or Google reviews, or any other sort of review site, to see. What is the store like? Are they giving good information about their products? Or the helpful, with a new device that you're looking for or currently have. Now, I visited this store in March. Found it by pure coincidence. It's hidden. Quite well in Swansea. You wouldn't find it unless you're looking on Google Maps. So I decided to go into the store and have a chat with the staff, see what they're selling. You know what the business is about and everything. Else, I soon came to realise they don't know a lot of information about vapes or the vaping world itself. They do vape as any other store does when they hire someone, and they just couldn't tell me anything about certain products or anything whatsoever. Which kind of worried me. Because if you're going to go into a vape store, you're going to spend maybe 30,40 pounds on a device if that's what you want to buy. Most of the time, you're buying liquid. You want to make sure that when you're buying a device, you're getting all the information you need on how to set up and how to properly use it if you don't already. They don't know anything at all. They are very lovely people to talk to, but they don't know anything about vapes or products or liquids or the difference between 50/50 and 70/30 Anyway, after I left, I came back a few days later and I thought, well, I might buy some liquids from them because you know, why not bought some liquid from this Welsh branded company? Tutti frutti flavour vaped it for a while, and I was thinking to myself, This doesn't taste like anything. Why doesn't it like taste anything? And I said to myself, how much do I want to bet on myself? This was out of date. Guess what? It was one year out of date the next day. So I went back into the shop and I gave the person the bottle, and I said to them, What do you think is off about that bottle? And they looked around the entire bottle and could not tell me anything now. If you gave that to any other employee of a vape store, the first thing they would look at is the expiration date. They couldn't find it. And I said, What does that say there? That says the 29th of March. 2024. And today is the 30th of March 2025, this bottle. This bottle, which you sold me at full price. It is one year out of date. And she didn't know what to do. And I said to her, I would not be surprised at all the liquids that are behind you now. They are all out of date. And sure enough, she pulled at least 20 more bottles off the shelf because they were six months out of date. And I was saying to her, you know, you're not allowed to sell liquids at full price, you know, after selling any product at full price once it's close to the expiration date. It has to be reduced in price few days or a few weeks close for the expiration date. If it's past it, you must chuck it. You have sold me an out-of-date bottle of liquid. Now it won't kill me, but I've paid full price for vaping water. They were very quick to offer me a refund

I posted a review like this on their store for Google Maps. And the owner, I suspect, the store owner, or the owner of the company, doesn't know which came back to me about this review. Saying that they "were generally sorry to hear. About my negativity on the business, and that they firmly disagree about the claims"

They then go on to say that "the team undergoes product and safety training to ensure that they give informed and responsible advice", which personally in my personal opinion, they didn't. They couldn't tell me anything, and they said, "We were happy to walk customers through different devices. Liquids, nicotine strength and more. They also go on to say, "As for the serious accusation of selling expired products, we operate strict checks on stock rotation. And shelf life. Any products that approach their expiration date are marked down and removed" Well, clearly they don't. The girl took off more bottles than I've ever seen off the back shelf. She nearly cleared the back shelf of all the stock they had because they were all out of date. They had the proper training, or maybe checked once in a while that everything was up to date. I would not be making this review

I would also like to add as well before all this happened, I did put in a job application to this store upon. I don't know what to call it at this point. I later pulled my application. I also sent a written email to the company about this store. I heard nothing back from them. The only thing I heard back from them was the few comments on my review on Google, which seems to be the only thing that gets their attention.

All in all, this could be just this store Hopefully other stores that they do operate are different.

Products were ordered and payed for on the 6th of February and it’s now the 14th and I haven’t received it or had any confirmation as to when I will receive it.Very poor service which is normally good ☹️

They got my order wrong. But hear me out! Their customer service was amazing. I ordered 9 liquids and accidentally got sent 3, which I can understand. Everyone makes mistakes, we’re not robots! But as soon as I brought it up to customer service and provided them with my invoice, they speedily sent out my package within the same day of contacting me back. I received my order the next day, even with a gift added in.
